Just received this letter in the mail and they would like to make me a very special offer, Membership for $25.00 for the first year. Wonder how much for the second year?

The reason they are doing this is so I can see first hand all the benefits they offer and the inspections I will get because I am a member of Housing Inspection Foundation.

Watch out Nick, they are out to out price you. ha. ha.

Anyone been contacted with this rubbish? I filed it in my 30 gallon file in the garage and expected to contained by Tuesday.

I received it also. Thought $25.00 wasn't to bad just for the web listing.

Then I read this thread and thought some more. Did some googling. You know, can't even find a Kentucky Home Inspector listing from HIF using Google even when I include a name.

Guess it'll move from the pay after Christmas pile to the round file.
