Busy home inspection company in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky is looking for a 1099 Home Inspector in Northern Kentucky.
***Kentucky Home Inspection License Required. We are looking for someone who is willing to start right away.
We provide a generous split; software; E&O insurance; all back office support including marketing.
PREFERRED qualifications:
*Licensed as a Kentucky Home Inspector
*Experience as a home inspector
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Good computer skills
*Very Punctual
*Willing to work some weekends
*Not required, but a plus if you are a Homegauge User or familiar with computer generated reports
*Prefer ASHI or InterNACHI certification
*Reliable and decent looking vehicle
*Excellent customer service skills - in other words, don’t mind smiling for the clients…
