Larry,

There sure isn't any housing bubble ready to break in Arizona....They are breaking ground on tens of thousands of acres for new developments.

Existing home sales are down, which I relate to the fact a person can buy a new home for the price of an existing.

We receive many calls for final walk-though inspections to preview the pathetic construction craftsmanship.
