Default Housing Problem Solution Proposed

Was reading another post and had an idea as to what our government is going to do.

We have an INVENTORY PROBLEM, housing is just fine and plenty of it.

I foresee a day where just like farmers are paid to not grow/limit crops, we as taxpayers will be paying homebuilders to slow down..

If you don't begin to limit housing production, do we allow a huge amounts of willing immigrants to purchase a minimum 200K home as an entrance ticket for legal migration to this country.

So if wealthy fat cats would by large parcels of land to collect on subsidies... are wealthy fat cats soon going to forming Homebuilding Companies on my assumption that the Fed is going to pay homebuilders to stop building houses?
