Houston, TX residential property manager recommendation needed...
I have some friends that could use the assistance of a quality property manager for their rental property in Houston.
Does anyone have a recommendation? Do you know the fee range for management? For instance, in my area it has been the equivalent of one month's rent for the yearly management fee. Is it similar in Houston?
