Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen and so can't be sworn in as President anyway. The rules (at the time of his birth) required him to have at least 1 U.S. Citizen as a parent and that parent had to be a U.S. citizen for at least 5 years after the age of 16. Obamas mother had him at 18, 3 years too early for her to count. Obamas father was never a U.S. citizen. Obama can't be sworn in as President and so he is wasting his time.

To be a natural born citizen, at least one of your parents had to be a U.S. citizen (Obama's Mom was) for at least 5 years after the age of 16. That was the law from 1952 to 1986. Obamas father was not a U.S. Citizen ever. Obama's Mom would have had to have waited until the age of 21 to have Obama. She had him at 18.

Section 1 of Article II of the Constitution contains the clause:
