To tell you the truth. I've had one potential client in thousands of calls ask if I had E & O. It was a bad vibes calls and I answered the callers questions in a manner which insured that I did not get the business. If I had E & O insurance and a caller asked if I had it, I would answer with "what's E & O insurance?".

I also expect they all will continue to change their requirements as time goes on .
This has happened with all trades and professions and it is usually for the better .
I happy it not the village Black smith who pulls teeth any more .
I am also glad it is a Doctor and druggist who dispense the medicine instead of the medicine man on the Back of the Horse drawn wagon

All your and others complaints from the get go has not stopped the CMI from progressing and getting better .
Some keep complaining and I guess it has had a little bearing on what is happening.
I also think it will not stop CMI from being the leader

It took me 5 years for one of my professional licenses and 4 for the other. An additional 5 years for all of my ICC and SBCCI certifications. I am so glad when I see someone leave that crap org. I cannot tell you. My 27 years against their 3. Bull****.

I have had enough of Nachi and I will do everything in my power to see to it they are not a part of Florida. Believe it or not, I am winning down here. I have convinces out state that they are the reason we need regulation.

I am on my way out of FABI as this is my last term. I do not care if I go down in flames. I will fight to protect the class act inspectors that cannot speak. I will fight to protect the real inspectors that care about their customers.

I Think we might be better of if we all started to get behind and show how great we at NACHi is and how the Future is ours with the CMI pulling all home inspectors in the same direction .
I do know all CMIs in Canada charge more for their inspections .

And where did I say CMI had any thing to with NACHI .

The only comparisiaon I can get with CMI and NACHI is Both Groups mainly use the NACHI BB .
Most of the CMIs happen to belong to NACHI .
I do feel they are both Great Associations to belong to .
And I am glad we can have discusions on how to improve both on the same BB.

On the big C in front of the MI, I guess you might have friends and not be alone.
