Thank you Nick. I will see you there this year.

By the way, don't schedule anything good for Sunday the 12th because the Steelers will be playing the Browns, and i'm not missing that game!

Will there be discount codes, for registration, that we can get from a vendor this year?

Dont see much difference in the "classes" offered than what you can do online.

Good luck with the conference. I can see it is well planned out....you have no idea who is going to teach. Great planning!

People want to put money in their pocket. Its not about the technical, it about how to run a business is where most have problems.

But good luck and have fun...I guess if something is gonna suck, its good to suck in Vegas...

My prediction, it's one a done....

I have to agree 100% with Russell Hensel on this one.

I own 1/2 that convention but have no administrative control over it. I'm just an investor. I've made Russell's argument over and over because what he said is true.

What I can't help but notice is the picture in the bottom left of the main page.
It's obviously not from a previous Inspectors conference.

Which makes me wonder how good of a conference is really is if the official site has to substitute a generic picture over real pictures of the last conference.

And even as newbie who's still at the student level, I was already thinking what Russell Hensel said.

Nick ran into an interesting inspector in Texas who was just getting into the business and doing very well, after the economic crash several years back. He was not from a construction background but used to be a business consultant. While others were going out of business, this man was expanding.

Here is a video as he shares some of his insights with Nick....

"Nick Gromicko speaks with Michael Pagoulatos about home inspection success and how his experience as a business consultant has helped him as an inspector."

Ok...so Nick thanks for agreeing. But this is what happens when a rich guy gets his panties in a wad. He performs a knee jerk reaction, throws money at people and then everyone, even himself loses, but he only hurts everyone else.

Jaime got mad at Nathan, threw his money around you two decided to push your power around and attempt to screw Nathan over. Which is your prerogative. But you pushed Casey and O'Malley out of the conference that they have been doing for over 20 years.

I guess because of his money and your influence this was done. How dumb of a move was it? You say your all for the Home Inspection industry, but this prove my point your just a whore. You will follow the money and harm whomever in the way. Happy now?

You took something that was good of the industry put it in the hands of a person who could care less, put forth zero effort, and apparently has no idea what he is doing.

All to get back at Nathan....well played. So you have just hurt the industry move than you helped it in one swoop. Congrats, this is the exact reason idiots should never become wealthy...

I guess I just expected more from you Nick...I love ya and think youra great guy....but super douche move on this one.

You don't know what you are talking about Russell.

I have ZERO interest in running a national convention. Proof: I haven't held a national convention in many years. If I wanted a national convention, I'd do an InterNACHI convention and pack the place again.

I didn't push Casey and O'Malley out of anything. You're totally clueless. Michael Casey already sold his 1/2 last year. He was already out. Long gone. Kevin wanted out too. He named a price. I didn't even negotiate.

And finally, it was already InerNACHI's convention.

The world doesn't revolve around you and Nathan and deals aren't done because of you. Maybe you two could have saved it. The industry likes the Vegas convention. If I didn't throw money at it, it would have died.

Bull crap. Throw some perfume on that turd and try and sell it someone else...this is exactly what happened. So bought the other 1/2. Let me guess Jaime

I'm sorry to have embarrassed you again on the message board Russell. But it isn't "bull crap." I couldn't have pushed Michael Casey out, he already sold his 1/2 last year... and not to me. Call him and ask him if you don't believe me.

Anyway, it was already an InterNACHI convention. It just wasn't called that.

I threw money at it to keep it alive as Michael was already out and Kevin wanted out. I have enough work hosting my Marketing Tours which have drawn many thousands of inspectors. My brother's webinars draw 1,500-3,000 inspectors each month (each webinar draws upwards of 8 times the entire Vegas national convention). I also speak at most other major inspection events (this year I did Mike Crow's Millionaire Inspector Community event in Texas, the inspection convention in Orlando, and Carson Dunlop's convention in Toronto). Plus our members host dozens of events www.nachi.org/events.htm And on top of all that we're in the middle of our Owens Corning Tour (3 more events next week). I don't need anymore inspection events.
