Can he go into what to do when a realtor says some stupid things in front of the client? Off the wall things like there is nothing wrong with that electrical panel and you can not get sick from mold. I am always afraid I am going to get named in a lawsuit with the Realtor. Right now I just correct their statements and have the client believe what he wants to believe. There has to be a better way.
