No problem here and I do congratulate you on a very hard decision to pass the helm on to a new person. Your decision to step down gives another person the opportunity to lead and develop as you have. Makes me think of the 2006 Krispy Kreme Calendar (girls.) I tried to attach but could not figure out how to do it.
I am thinking that the computer has almost put the hard calendar out of business. Maybe a beer bottle opener on a key chain & no picture.

Nope no reason, but I just thought it sounded like you were putting it in competition with the other show, and I think they are two different types of shows. I think that Nick's show is directed towards Home Inspectors and Realtors but I don't know that for sure. I could be totally off on this.

I think Nick definitely could do a national show. No reason why not.

Read the WHOLE thread. Leopard Films is based in NYC and doing this show for HGTV. Nick just got the letter from the producer. Having relatives in this business, the production could be anywhere including Canada.

Casting calls can be a very humbling experience......
