I've actually been sending out an older version to REALTORs who I catch checking for the lowest priced inspectors.

I'll run an opt-out test on it and if it is low we'll send it out in our next e-newsletter to agents.

It contains talking points to use when an agent asks what you charge for an inspection.

Error in paragraph 2. Inspector should be plural. You have fiduciary duty to your client and therefore must recommend the very best inspector.
