Dry, very warm. EXTREMELY busy for a little hole in the wall place. Everyone found us this year and spent their vacation here.

Oh, I live across from the beach. But it's only some sand, lots of oysters and clams.

Why not post every zip code in the US? Your post is deceptive and dishonest if you don't actually serve the areas in which you are advertising. Seems a little unethical as well.

It is absolutely gorgeous here! You should come over for a visit. You can fish right off the shore across the street from me, or go boating, clamming, etc. It's so nice.

I have had the same "signature line" on this BB since 2003. If you type my phone number into Google 661-212-0738, dozens of message board posts come up.

So I'd say that the "spiders" DO read sig lines.
