NAHI is broadening its base and will begin producing household appliances and in the wake of the historic NACHI/NAHI settlement NAHI will introduced its first consumer appliance, a vacuum cleaner.

NAHI's iSuck will go on sale in two weeks.

Mallory Anderson NAHI's vice president of product development, said that the iSuck is an innovative way to clean a house and will be a big home run for NAHI.

"This is no ordinary vacuum," Anderson said. "It has programming for cleaning different floor textures. It also has an innovative extensible hose-bag that can reach around in 3-D and adapt to clean anything it can reach." The iSuck also has unique styling that NAHI is known for, and resonates with the public.

"I think it's cute," said four-year old Lindsay Broadnax.

Now that's funny...I don't care who you are! I'd give you a greenie but it won't let me right now.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war, is worse. A man who has nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety is a miserable creature who has no chance at being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Hi to all,

I believe we should adopt the brand of the National American Society of Certified Home Inspectors, NASCHI.

Hell the lawyers need the work

Hey, Raymond. Another lawsuit settled out of court since it's less expensive than going to trial. Imagine that. Seems to happen all the time.

Any confusion between the two names was of course of much greater benefit to the smaller, weaker, far-fewer-membership-benefits organization. It's one of the reasons I did this http://www.networksolutions.com/whoi...internachi.org back in 2003.

American Society for Testing and Materials did similarly when they went to ASTM International. See second paragraph http://www.astm.org/cgi-bin/SoftCart...023+1184368014 Although we're not changing our name, we are going international.

Doesn't InterNACHI already have a registered Logo? What happens to that?

Congratulations Ken!
Last February I had the pleasure of meeting Kenton during the "Certified Commercial Building Inspectors Course" in Denver, Colorado.

I found him to be professional, friendly, and a class act! I am sure that he is going to make a tremendous president or the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

I wonder who the Executive Director is going to be?

Once again congratulations Ken!

NACHI has had indirect control over InterNACHI ever since I took over the Board of Directors last year when it went from 3 Directors to 1 (I'm now the sole Board member of InterNACHI). Kenton and I are working on a project for NACHI and NACHI TV in China that is pretty big and should bring NACHI an additional 3 million in revenue in 2008. Lewis, the logo was already explained earlier in this thread. Here it is again:

http://www.nachi.org/images06/misc-l...ogoConcept.gif

Like I said, we didn't change the logo, we only added something small to it that we wanted to move toward anyway (if it distinguishes us further from that other little association in Minneapolis, all the better). And we didn't change our official name "National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc." at all.
