Default InterNACHI creating Universal HUD/FHA/VA reporting form.

The form will be approved for use on all government backed loans.

Nick,

Have I missed something? Government backed loans merely suggest a home inspection and is not mandatory in California, or anywhere else that I know of. This from a HUD/FHA class taken a few years back so I may be wrong. If you have updated info please let everyone know.

thanks

Nick, when you get the specifics on this could you let us know? I'd like to look at adding the form into our software.

Great going, Nick!
I've seen and heard so many variations on this, it's dizzying!

Many thanks-
