Lots of times we see conbinations of cast iron and PVC for the drainage, and Steel, PVC, PCVB, for the supply.

In regards to upgrades, I do not believe that upgrades that occurred over 10 years ago are worth noting, but how about I add a +10 & a +20 years field to show that the upgrades occurred quite some time in the past.

That will work, but how abut 10-20, 20-30. Many times upgrades were done in the late 70's / early 80's. When I talked to Loren about upgrades, he indicated that he wanted an approximate time frame for when an upgrade was done.

I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts here, we are in our roll out testing phase and are seeking all the help we can get to get it right.

Thanks again,

Joe Burkeson, Assurance Check, LLC

Joe.
The finished product is looking good

Default Re: NACHI Four Point Form

Has anyone used this 4-point inspection form for Royal Palm Insurance? I've always done them for Citizen. Does Royal Palm accept this form as well?
