That was a copy of an email going around a few months ago. But good idea to put it into an email "tip of the day"! Keeping your name on the minds of agents and clients is a huge step to success. Kudos!

I re-wrote it a little & sent it out, & had several "Thank-You" emails within 10 minutes . . .
