Tonight, Don (our Buffalo Chapter President) explained to a packed room how he is already doing listing inspections by the dozens and how he is getting them. And another member spoke about how he is getting 3 jobs for every 25 seller letters (in http://www.nachi.org/sellerinspections.htm ) he prints off and sends. And last night in NH we had a member who is doing foreclosure after foreclosure for a local investors club.
