As far as I know, the only difference should be that there is now no expiration date.

Mr. Veal, unfortunately I have no record of your requests. If you submit using the online option, I can print your card as soon as I receive the application.

That's a good question. I haven't printed any including that designation, but I will ask Nick about it.
