Hi,

I am thinking about purchasing a database with realtor information for my state. For about $300.00 can I download a list containg phone numbers, fax numbers, E-mail address etc.

I got this idea from playing around with:

http://www.nachi.org/newsletter.htm , in the NACHI members area.

Has anyone used this tool?
How often do these News letters go out?
Does this sound like a worthwhile marketing idea?
