According to a survey released recently by Move, Inc., investors are three times more likely to buy in the next two years than homebuyers.

And, like anything else, you have to keep yourself open to different markets, as the market improves or changes.. the investor activity will drop like a hot potato... when it's bad it's good and when it's good it's bad
