With wiskers?

Whale sharks are bigger, in muy experience.

Those aren't wiskers, that's the hose laying there in the slime. That's a whale shark.

Uh, it's a juvenile whale shark then. I've only seen one in open water while diving in the South China Sea off Palawan. Looked pretty much like your photo.
