Default It's Official!! Govt Defines "Technical Expert"

After six long years of study and putting together the infrastructure to support their long sought after home inspection legislation, the State of Maryland has provided the definitive answer to the previously considered subjective question "What, exactly, is a technical expert."

I hope you're sitting down.

Now, the tougher question must be answered, and that is, in light of this....who then is NOT a technical expert?

Licensing solves nothing.

It is so nice to know that my "technical expertise" is equal of this clown who took the NHIE six times to pass it, took three attempts to pass the Mickey Mouse state SOP test and has admitted to performing "full" inspections before receiving his license.
