I have a property management co in my area that is on the list of non-payers, you're wise in checking it out!

I've dealt with them on several occasions. Christie is easy to work with and I've never had an issue getting paid.

If anyone had any information on any property management group that was less than stellar they would have to be insane to post it here in the public side of the message board and risk liable. The members only section is the place for this nonsense.
