Its funny how people what to bash NACHI but are still members?? Why is this? Peter; may be you should tell us the answer. Your phone only rings if you are out making it ring. Inspectors join NACHI for different reasons. I have yet hear any member scream about why NACHI is not making the phone ring.

Just let it go please, I've had a rough week with surgery and medz. Nick is a handy target for my agression. I like Nick very much whether he likes me or not. The distribution of free HG licenses was a very nice thing to do. Nick is not a liar, he's a strong salesperson which I was for decades.

No, Ken. It was wrong of me. I've been so whacked out lately I forgot I'm not an ASHI member anymore. I do the local pizza - beer chapter once in a while which is pretty cool.

I use to freak once a week. Once a year is a big improvement.

Torn rotator cuff. While falling through an attic floor above a garage, I tried grabbing on to a joist while plummeting to earth. The weird thing is it didn't hurt a bit until six weeks later.

Over the years that I have been a member of Nachi and then InterNachi I have observed Nick give away thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, personal items from his own collections. I know for fact he has given chapters expensive items they needed, support items for trade shows, Power Point presentations and probably a hundred other different gifts and things that I don't even know about or have forgotten. I also know from personal experience if you ever need something from Nick or Nachi all you have to do is pick up the phone and call him or email him and he will get back to you in less than 24 hours. Here we have a man who gives geneously out of middle of nowhere and there are people who are complaining. If someone has gifts to give, it is their "right" to give whomever they want to and if there are restrictions on the gift, the giver has that right. This was a very nice gesture and 100 people got a blessing that may make a huge difference in the success of their business. How someone can see this as a scam is beyond me. NO one had their arm twisted to take one of the software packages. Once they get it, it is their's to do with as they want. No one is forcing them to do anything more. They can literally put it in drawer and never use it and no one will ever know. Those that did not qualify may be hurt but dang, we are supposed to be MEN or maybe I should say adults here because we do have some ladies here as well, but you do not see them whining. This is a great organization but when we whine and snivel about trivial things like this is really does detract from the professional image we all hope comes across to casual observers and visitors. Congrats to everyone who got a really nice software package and go out and make lots and lots of money with it.

In short - when I said: I sunk instantly I was serious {using the 3 D reporting system since 2003, a new HP laptop this week and HP IPAQ 5555 that are not VISTA compatable} ; however, because of your gracious gift - I am "Back in the Boat of Business again". Thank you for stepping out and helping a member in need, I will always remember your thoughtfulness.

OPEN LETTER: I am a 5 week old InterNACHI member with tons of gratitude for a very generous man; Nick doesn't have to dump his $ back into or onto anyone other than his own family. No one said thanks, no one asked WHY? It appears that no one can see that maybe "paying it forward" in life is of value. I am thankful beyond measure, more than I could ever find words to express in this forum. I see that it is permissable to talk about open subjects freely but it should not be open season on someones character especially when someone has performed a kind act; actually a random act of kindness is exactly what happened to me. Well, we are a big family and I have to realize that this is how families talk. What will the other 99 have to say?
