This is a great organization but when we whine and snivel about trivial things like this is really does detract from the professional image we all hope comes across to casual observers. Congrats to everyone who got a really nice software package and go out and make lots and lots of money with it.

Erol. Please heed my advice on this. Rotator cuffs are unique from any other joint on the body. You have ONE CHANCE to properly rebuild your shoulder through therapy. It is not like a knee where you can just start over and keep rebuilding. Because of the different connections within the shoulder, if you don't do it correctly, you end up building the existing strong portions of the shoulder and leaving the repaired portion weaker.

Find a therapist that has a CYBEX Dynamometer. It is a top of the line machine that only the good therapists will have due to the cost. Do not rely on a therapist that only gives you a rubber band to exercise with. You will pay for it in the long run.

Don't be embarassed when you start with 1/4 pound weights. You will find they will be tough enough. Cybex, free weights, range of motion and Ultrasound followed by ice massage.......not a bag of ice, ice massage. If the therapist can't spend the time to actually perform the ultrasound AND the ice massage, walk away and find someone who will.

I am 20 years out of my torn rotator cuff and can still pitch batting practice. Best of luck to you.
