An accident waiting to happen. At least its a wood ladder, he may fall but he won't become grounded (no pun) when he drills into the electrical line.

This looks like a ladder in a pool and a metalic ladder at that. The man working with an electric drill. Not a good plan.

Remember, safety first! Unless it interferes with production. It never ceases to amaze me of how people manage to try to go one up on stupidity to save a minute or two. Twenty-four years as career firefighter and part time cosntruction taught me that someone will always try to out stupid the next guy, even if they haven't seen it.
