Default Last call for 2006 pricing for Inspection Management Systems from TheScheduleCenter

Dear Nick,

This is "last call" for 2006 pricing for Inspection Management Systems, Inc. (IMS). After a successful debut year, and additional features coming on line monthly, our set-up fees are increasing from $250.00 to $399.00 as of January 1, 2007.

IMS is the world's first business automation system designed by successful home inspectors for home inspectors. This system has been so well received that 90% of your fellow home inspectors who see a demonstration are signing up.

Leveraging the power of technology and the internet, IMS

Automates you post inspection marketing. Imagine, for every inspection, all parties getting a survey on day 10, a follow-up thank you on day 45, and a "I'm never too busy for your referrals' on day 100. Whatever the messages, you build them once, and they will automatically be personalized and sent out every time.

IMS automates your company branding - by regularly delivering consistent customer service focused messages from the time an appointment is booked to the report delivery and beyond. a clients the ability to enter inspection specifics of the home such as year built, foundation type, square ft, type of

Decreases the number of calls you receive, increases your booked inspections, and EVEN GEOGRAPHICALLY MATCHES YOUR APPOINTMENTS. - by allowing Agents/Clients the ability to check your availability on line and then scheduling it, eliminating the need for a return call. No follow-up calls are needed because e-mail confirmations are sent to all parties involved. And you'll never miss another call from being knee deep in Attic insulation again. And IMS automates your fee and on site calculations, and increases revenue - by giving your clients the ability to enter inspection specifics of the home such as year built, foundation type, square ft, type of HVAC, and # of rooms that all account for longer or shorter inspections. Longer the inspection, the more you charge, the more money you make!

IMS gives your clients more payments options, and minimizes the need to chase your money around town - by allowing Credit Card Payment as an alternate payment method either on line, or on site, allows the cash strapped new buyers an alternative. Charge It!

If your competition is signing up at a 90% rate, what competitive edge will they have that doesn't?

I invite you to view our new and exciting web-based application on line for a free ½ hour demo.

Ill stay in the 10 percent with Inspectvue and Quick books. I don't like web based programs.
