Subject: Boise City, OK. 73933

I have tried to access a NACHI member to handle a residential mobil/manufactured home foundation inspection for Boise City, OK. 73933. This is a required procedure to certify that the home is attached to a permanent foundation per HUD guidelines. There does not appear to be any one located within 100 miles of this town. Would you be able to suggest any alternatives?
Thank you,
Oscar Saffold

Nick it is my understanding from past mobile home inspections in this state as per Hud requirements that they will not except a home inspectors report for permanent foundation/tie downs has to be a PE. I have ran across this numerous times this last year. Boise City is in the middle of Nowhere </IMG>
