Does anyone on here do draw inspections for Lenders Choice? If so, are you having a problem getting paid?

They called me and I did a rush job, just got paid $225, it took a month for invoice processing but thats typical. Big commercial job, I just found a guy there that knew what was going on and took pictures and did the report over the phone. The previous report looked like it took the guy most of the day to type up but they did not make me write a book on it. I think mine was the 2nd draw or a general update, the first draw on a big job can be near a mil and involves a whole lot of items so be careful to understand what they want from you and in what format.
