Local Inspector misses Oil spill

Joe I can't make it to your seminar but I have attended 2 seminars with local Lawyers here in Phoenix that addressed this and other issues. I was just hoping you would just share a little bit of advice with the NACHI guys and Gals that may not make it to your seminars.

And for all of you who don't know me every now and then I like to post something for all to think about ( use your minds )
