The HomeCLUE Home History Report™ is essentially a carfax report for homebuyers and sellers of existing homes. For the first time, the home buyer can have a report delivered to them online and in real time that provides the following information,

• · 7 year history of insurance claims on the property
• · building permits issued that are available electronically from government agencies
• · Envrionmental hazards up to 1/3 mile radius
• · Risks of Natural hazards such as flood, wildfire, and storm surge in coastal areas
• · Sales history including sale dates, price paid, and mortgage balance
• · Replacement value of home broken down by room
• · Estimated home owner insurance costs

We are doing a soft launch of The HomeCLUE Home History Report™ November 1st and seeking 10-15 high volume InterNACHI members to serve as beta testers. This involves the following,

• · Registering as a HomeCLUE reseller
• · Running through the registration process with us and providing feeback
• · Actively sell the HomeCLUE Home Hisotry Report™ between Nov 1 and December 31
• · Provide us feedback on customers, product, system, process, marketing materials, etc.
• · For those chosen as beta testers, they will receive an additional $5 per report sold through the end of 2011.

January 4, we will roll-out the reseller program to the remainder of the InterNACHI membership
