No, this was put out by our local county advertiser company. This is in a publication called "Home Buyers Guide" that is published monthly. It is sent out all over the Fairfield county area. IE, Banks, grocery stores, some Realtors offices, quickie marts, ect. I understand that there is approx. 1200 - 1500 locations. This ad has only been out since Monday of this week, and I have scheduled 2 inspections directly from it. I have already paid for next months ad.

This is a half page ad that I have designed and paid for my self. If Nick wanted to help out on it I would not complain. But this is a expense that has to do with business.

You're very lucky to get that rate....around here it's min. $100 for a 1/8 page ad.

We have a few papers out here where we can get a full page black and white for $200 for a full month, so that looks pretty good.

Thats really inexpensive, my old monthly add cost as much as a NACHI membership and never produced much!
