Dear Nick,
I am an inspector in Macomb, Il. And a member of NACHI. I am writing to ask you to warn all of our member home inspectors across the country against accepting any work assignments from Omega Property Services. Website: www.opsinspections.com.
I have performed three separate services for them on a property in Keokuk, Iowa and have not been paid for any of my work. To date I am owed over $300.00. I assisted OPS in obtaining the services of a local B&B manager to maintain the grounds of the same property while it was for sale. He contacted me last night to ask me if I have received any payments from OPS, because he also is owed a substantial sum and has not received any payments at all from OPS.
