I am glad I am not relying on home inspections for a living anymore. Lately, I only do 1-2 home inspections a week. Staying busy with mold and consulting work. Steve W. at the Lake of the Ozarks is busy too. He does not have much time any more to help me out, so now I just pick and chose the jobs I want.
