The next meeting of the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance will take place on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Madison’s Cafe in Jefferson City, from 10:00 a.m. to ?.

The cost of your lunch is covered by your dues payments. We will need to know in advance if you plan to attend, so please check the appropriate box(es) below and fax or mail a copy to me. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the meeting. MHIA must pay for the meals of those who have made reservations but do not attend.

Guests are always welcome at our meetings. If you plan to invite guests, please indicate their names and the names of their organizations below and send a copy of this form to me prior to the meeting date. First time visitors are our treat!

I can go to the meeting for NACHI, Nick. I will post anything that is worth while. Do I contact Erin or do you? On their website they said their meeting is on January 4, but this letter says the third.

I went to the meeting yesterday. The only thing worth mentioning is that the FHA is thinking about not requiring termite inspections. They did ask about James Bushart, I think they miss him.
