Frank has no click within ESOP. If anything, many argue against him.

As to ESOP being a click, it is simply not true.

James Bushart and Bruce Kirby resigned.
Joe Ferry choses not to participate due to personal obligations ad his position n the org.

Brian Jones, Cheryl Nordby, Frank Magdefrau, Bill Devries, Gary Porter, Mario Kyriacou, Frank Carrio, and I are all free thinkers.

Nothing is a foregone conclusion with regard to the complaints made.
