Several weeks ago I sent an e-mail to many Congresspersons, Senators and other influentials people espousing much of this content, and a few other ideas as well. Mr Rogers was not among those, but was affiliated with some who were a recipient.

One never knows what can happen when one writes to one's Congressman...or woman.

I don't really know if it had anything to do with my emails, but thanks, anyway.

And, yes, it really is a travesty--but just one of many that are being addressed in various quarters.
