Nick,
Looks like the map of members in U.S is not completely covered. Expansion is good, exclusion is bad. Please do not punish new inspectors from joining. I'm hoping you dropped a 0 and mean 100,000 or 1,000,000! Best Always, Phil

How about making an exception for those converting from another org?
If total newbie no deal, but if converting from ..... well, you know....  then you can still get in.
