The lists are compiled from publicly available real estate 'for sale' advertising. This includes both properties for-sale-by-agent (FSBA) and for-sale-by-owner (FSBO). Sources include online and print advertising (FYI, we do not use realtor.com). We then conduct a reverse look-up in county public records (assessor & deed) and public telephone listings to find the owner of the property. New construction, foreclosures, investor-owned property, and other vacant properties are thrown away because the mail will probably be undeliverable.
