I know looking a gift horse in the mouth blah blah blah is not the sort of thing to do but it would have been nice to have ONE contact in the county I live in (Cook). No-one in Cook county is in the database?
Or maybe less than one or two hour drive away (been to some of these 'fringe' areas. Hard to give a competitive quote when I'm trying to factor in fuel and time. Wow, sounds like I'm really not greatful

I did this when I first started my HI business (while I still held my RE license and had access to the MLS system.) It sounded like a good idea at the time, and sent several batches. Most came back vacant, and didn't get a single response.

OK-
I only had 25 leads in my first batch (hey, we're rural!) & Brian has been sending new ones weekly.
I sent out the 25, only one bounced back (pretty good, I think).
As for bookings, none. But, look at the calendar & the headlines!
Personally, I think this entire project should be put on HOLD until the first half of Feb.
Feedback we get now, and feedback we give Brian, will not be representative of other times of the year.
