Today I received my fourth batch of these leads. Thanks Brian. Haven't had any response yet, but I still think it's a great idea. I do hope it leads to some business...

Got my first call from "the list". Everything I did is now paid for with a bunch left over. I look for more to come in on my second letter. I will alter the second letter to include the free "Sell your home for more" booklet. I'll put a label on the envelope stating a "FREE sell your home booklet". It will have instructions to go to my website and download the pdf file.

What's the free "Sell your home for more" booklet - something I can post on my web site for people top download? How does that work?
