OK Nick, I placed the order and I got the leads yesterday. The same day 50% went out. I'll mail the rest in mid week. The purpose of this notification is to encourage any other member in mydirect market to contact me and perhaps discuss sharing the mailing cost by including a single letter from both of you. Local chapters might also consider doing this project using their local chapter brochure.

I sent out 250 mailings in mid December, 47 were returned as vacant, no forwarding, unclaimed etc.
Received one call for a service not offered.

In mid January I did another mailing, postcards. No calls and 22 were returned.

I think this whole idea for the "list" is a good idea but maybe not under the current foreclosure conditions.
