Nick I did this and did not recieve one contact from the 250 names. One of the names i had did a inspection almost two months before recieving the list. And about 70 of the names came back Vacant. I am not sure the names are very credible. Sorry to say this because i live NACHI. But this did not work for me.

Didn't work for me. It cost me a couple of hundred bucks for the postage, ink, paper and envelopes. Only got one call that didn't lead to anything. I chalk it up as a tax write-off!
