I received mine as well....pdf & an excel file as well. Since I have no way of knowing if these are sellers, buyers, or whatever then the value is not as great as I had originally hoped. Now, if I did MIC then it really wouldn't matter but I don't so it does. Looks like future lists will be .25c per lead if I read the website correctly. So, the next list will cost me 250 x .25 = $62.50 or more depending upon the number of leads provided. Not bad since this is targeted to buyers & sellers but still. I'm wondering though will the next list I order be the same names plus a few new ones?

For those that use postcard mailings like I do - try HERE. Great prices, you can design your own card and great quality. I use them quite often for my postcards. I've actually quit using business cards, I now use a 4x6 postcard as my business card, customers love it and you can put a ton of info. on them.

I got a total of 11. 8 names (well 9 because Brian included himself on my list) and 2 residences (The Sparks Residence). Four of them are at least 3 weeks old.

The PDF is useless for what I do with letters and envelopes. I don't use Labels. And if I did, I don't know that I would ALWAYS want to use the "Or Current Resident" that's on the PDF file. I'd rather do my own PDF but don't really need to as I use Mail Merge from Excel to Word. Having the first and last name in the same cell means I have to split them out for what I do.

Though the PDF may be helpful for those who don't use Mail Merge to personalize stuff.

Ah well, perhaps the other 240 that he promised over the next few weeks will be better.

But it'd be a lot more economical to do 250 at a time instead of a few here and a few there.

Well, I'm in one of those rural kinds of areas, with the Big City on the other side of the state border (Spokane).
So, I didn't get a full 250 yet, but I've been promised them as they get generated, so that's fine by me.

Meanwhile, all I do have are printed, addressed, and ready for stamps in the AM.

This may very well be the start of the "upstream of realtors" dream that Nick has held in mind for us!

I'll keep everyone updated . . .and hope you guys do, too!
