Presently, in my area I target market open houses and drop off MIC pkgs in the mail boxes of home owners selling their homes.

If I'm driving around and see a house for sale it's another opportunity to sell a service.

It's amazing how the phone rings when promos are delivered and how silent when one is lazy.

Andrew...have you read their website. It does give a little more information. The "Collections" product offering is kind of interesting (but of little or no use to HI's, it's just interesting that's all).
