Just in case my first post doesn't show up where people will see it, I am very familiar with that nasty crawlspace, having spent way more time in it than I ever wanted to. It's below my mother's house.

Going into an unfamiliar crawlspace to perform an inspection is different from going into a familiar crawlspace to tape a video segment. I prefer to wear the full-face respirator in all crawlspaces but had to make sacrifices to shoot successfully.

This was not a shooting of an actual inspection but an instructional video on crawlspace inspection. I think the show privides a lot of valuable information. It's difficult in a partially unscripted show not to make a slip or to omit something which you later wish you'd included.

It's pretty easy to sit back in a chair and watch for any little detail in which a hole can be poked. Overall, the content is good and this video should be looked at as a whole and in context.
