Just booked one for a lady who is currently in Africa.
I have booked several for soldiers serving in Afghanistan. They find me on-line and we do all of the correspondence via e-mail and text.
I’m lucky. Having a local college that is attended by students from around the world (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University). I’ve had to deal with phones calls late at night and early, early mornings from other part of the globe. S. Korea was my most recent. Had one from New Zealand last month.

I had a call a midnight last year. From China, 12 noon there. Answered the call, got the job.
