Default New Hampshire State Chapter Meeting

NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE CHAPTER

LIVE FREE OR DIE

State Chapter of

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors

NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE CHAPTER NEWSLETTER

Hi To All!
Our next meeting will be held on the last Wednesday of which is June 26, 2008. {6:00 to 9:00 PM @ "The Yard" in Londonderry, NH.}

Our Chapter VP. Chris McDonald will be presenting a seminar on sales presentations to potential customers which will include determining motivating factors and overcoming objections.
Here is an excerpt from the seminar……

SALES AND THE HOME INSPECTOR

Strategies to Make Your Marketing Work for You

Quote:
You have a great marketing program. You are getting the calls for home inspections and related services. However, the problem is that when the potential client calls they suddenly decide that they need to call other home inspectors, check with their wife, or that you are "too expensive".

This seminar will provide you with sales presentation skills that will allow you to turn the reluctant skeptic into your client. We will cover the tools that you can use during your presentation to determine a prospect's "hot button", motivational factors, overcome objections, and more!

Whether you are a sales professional or someone who needs some assistance in their sales presentation, Sales and the Home Inspector will help bring your business from being seen as a commodity to a valued resource.
End Quote

In addition to the Sales Seminar we will be bringing everyone up to date on Senate Bill 212. and as always if you have anything in particular that you want to address or discuss feel free to bring it up after the seminar.

We look forward to seeing all of you there!

The meeting starts at 6:00 Pm till ??

One of the consistent points that I see on this message board is the mentioning of "Marketing", and meeting your customer's expectations.

Without a proper "Marketing Plan" you will not last long in this industry.

This Wednesday June 26, 2008 we have a meeting of our New Hampshire State chapter and the topic will be????

MARKETING!

Our VP Chris McDonald has put together an 80-page power point presentation that will cover Marketing AND overcoming a customer's objections to "Pricing"

The meeting will take place at "The Yard Restaurant" and we hope to have a full house.
{For directions .....http://www.theyardrestaurant.com/page.asp?page_id=36}

ALL of our NACHI brothers & sisters are invited especially those in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine & Vermont!

The price is $35.00 for members and non members alike and everyone is invited regardless if they are NACHI members or not.
