The Lion is a common symbol of strength and there are a few companies that use the animal.
No symbol is perfectly unique just as there are only 5 strings on a guitar it is a matter of putting it all together in an original form.

I see no copy of content here.
My own logo has a Skyline yet is original.

You took it the wrong way.

I haven't lived in Chicago in 35 years, yet the image instantly connected.

My original Logo, (residential HI), is very similar to another nationally well known company. Not on prupose, but I have had people comment on the likeness.

Guess who's logo is going to get instant recognition when someone does a search???
