Based on certain state regulations, and suggestions from our members on the forum, we’ve added an inspector signature at the bottom of the “Edit Agreement” page. Simply put in your name and initials - your IP address will be automatically logged, complying with electronic signature regulations. You can re-sign it if you need to make changes before the client signs it.
